Classes Pricing
Each Residency Program and part will have two classes per week. Each class will range from 45 minutes-1 hour. If you miss a class you can log in during the week and review the lesson recording and download the class material. You will need to stay on top of your course work because there will be an exam at the end of your session!

Part B: Simulations, First Aid, Hygiene, Nutrition, Mental Health, Exercise, Technology A thorough understanding of the concepts of hygiene and sanitation. Discussion on epidemiology of diseases and prevention. Role and importance of physical exercise, nutrition and guidelines, mental health will be taught. The health impact of the increase on technology and its associated diseases and threats. How and when to act on cyber threat and understanding safety. First aid measures, how and when to take them. Techniques of pulse reading, blood pressure taking, listening to the heart and providing resuscitation. Simple first aid skills such as wound management, immobilization techniques and history taking will be taught.
